Through the lens of Commonunity®, our unique model of support, we leverage valued programs, impactful partnerships, and innovative practices to transform communities across Wisconsin.
A rich history in Wisconsin
The Inclusa Foundation was formed from the proceeds of the acquisition of Inclusa, Inc.’s assets by Humana. The acquisition provides funds that will support grant making opportunities and sustain the Foundation for the long-term.
